With SO much interest in my old-fashioned, no pectin added, gourmet preserves, we’ve started ‘putting-up’ jars to sell on a first-come first-served basis.

~ These delicious apricot-plum hybrids have a distinctive apricot flavor and gorgeous color. The idea of making a golden plum jam, rather than the usual maroon-purple was my inspiration for this jam. Turned out to be a Jam Competition Prize-Winner! Here are the judge’s comments: “Very close (to 1st or 2nd). LOVED the flavor combo! Keep up the good job.>/em>
