Hi there. I am going to make these this year! I am so excited... Is it possible to freeze them? Or will it ruin the consistency? Or how long is the shelf life?

I couldn't find a contact you link, so hopefully you will see this comment.

Just wanted to leave a comment as I made this recipe today and loved it! It took a wee bit of time but was so fun and the one truffle I snuck was delicious! I will definitely make these again (and again and again). Thanks so much!

Deeba - Thanks so much! They really are heavenly, and quite easy to make as well. Marzipan and ganache are meant to be together. Yum, your cake for your daughter sounds wonderful! It's so great to get in touch with doing these things ourselves again. Thanks for your comment!

These are gorgeous Bri...really delicious to look at. Must have tasted heavenly!
Marzipan & ganache are just the perfect combination. I did a choc cake topped with ganache for my daughters birthday this year, & decorated it with marzipan decorations which we made from scratch. They tasted wonderful & looked beautiful too.
